Llamas: What are they good for?

Research by Bob E. and Mike

bred by the ancient Incas of Peru as beast of burden and fiber producers.

PACKING AND HIKING

They are strong and move easily on steep trails, their padded feet are easier on the trail. this makes them perfect packing partners. They will carry your food and camping gear.

PETS!!
Yes many llamas make wonderful, loving pets and companions. A woman told me "My husband enjoys his pet llama. If he ignores her, she peeks over his shoulder as if to say, "Don't you want to kiss me?"

Use Their Wool
Their wool can be used for spinning. You can make clothing or even Christmas tree ornaments. You don't need much fiber for your own personal use. Llamas need to be shorn every spring anyway, so you can put the wool to good use.

Bob, What do you plan to use your new Llamas for?
I would keep them for looks. Why? because the are nice looking animals.
How would you pay to feed them.? i would feed them mule feed then sell their wool to george bush.
